We do not guarantee that AI-generated insights will lead to business success or improved outcomes. All business decisions should be made with appropriate human judgment and professional consultation.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KONYE CONSULTANTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Business interruption or loss of goodwill
• Reliance on AI-generated recommendations

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Konye Consultants, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
